Loyalty Points

• Our loyalty scheme applies to registered and logged in users only. If you purchase as a Guest, you will not receive loyalty points. Points are assigned to the email address used during checkout.
• Loyalty points are earned £1 spent = 1 point earned. Loyalty points are redeemed as 100 points = £1 to spend
• When you have collected a balance of loyalty points, you can convert these points into a unique coupon based on the exchange rate above. This coupon can be used during checkout to receive a discount on your order. You can convert your points to a coupon under My Account > Loyalty Scheme
• We reserve the right to change the exchange rate or earning rate for points and coupon values at any time.
• Points are added to your account once the order has been paid for and processed to ship – your account balance will reflect this once shipped/completed. If you cancel an order, or request a refund, we reserve the right to subtract points from your balance according to the value of the refunded item.
• Points have no cash value.
