Returns Guidelines

Please follow the guidelines below to make sure than any returned products can be accepted and processed as quickly as possible:

  1. You can cancel anytime before your order is shipped, and receive a full refund.
  2. Once you have received your order, you must contact us and notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days.  We will supply you with an RMA number which must be displayed on the outside of any returned packages.
  3. Goods must be returned to our warehouse address, which will be supplied upon request, and not to our head office or to our shipping partners or suppliers.
  4. Goods must be returned unused, clean and undamaged, complete with all accessories, packaging and instructions, within 14 days of an RMA number being issued.
  5. Do not deface or write on the product packaging and do not attach any labels directly to the product packaging.
  6. A refund will be issued for eligible domestic returns within 7 working days of the goods being received and inspected, subject to any deductions which may apply. International returns may take longer to process.
  7. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA number having been issued prior to the goods being returned to us. Where items are returned without an RMA number, they may be refused, returned to sender at your expense, or disposed of.
  8. We reserve the right under certain circumstances to make deductions from any refund amount to cover shipping, taxes, customs charges, payment transaction fees, handling charges or other costs in the following circumstances:
    1. Where the goods are returned as unwanted or non-faulty;
    2. Where no one has been available to accept the delivery;
    3. Where the goods have been refused at the time of delivery;
    4. Where you have failed to pay any import or customs charges, causing the goods to be returned to us.
  9. A handling charge of 15% may apply when returning non-faulty goods which have been correctly supplied, subject to UK consumer law. Your Statutory Rights are not affected..

Where parts are returned without a returns reference, they cannot be processed.

Where parts are returned in non-saleable condition, they will be rejected and held for 14 days, after which time they may be disposed of.
