Our “Guaranteed to Fit” promise allows you to buy in confidence if you are not sure that a product is suitable for your vehicle or suitable for your needs.  All you need to do to use the service is to tick a box at checkout and answer some simple questions.

Do be sure to give us any required information in the comments box.  If we need to know anything else, we will contact you before we ship the order.

You should still read the information on the product page to make sure that your purchase is intended for your vehicle.  If we can help with any pre-order questions, we can be contacted by phone, email, chat or WhatsApp during business hours.

  1. When you purchase certain eligible products, we offer a “Guaranteed to Fit” promise.  We will check compatibility based on the information you supply with your order, and we will contact you before shipping if there are any questions or issues.
  2. To use the service, you must select “USE OUR FREE GUARANTEED TO FIT SERVICE” at checkout and supply the requested information about your vehicle, including details of any mods or other upgrades which might affect fitment of the part(s) you are ordering.
  3. We will only check the provided information and the items in your order – we will not check other upgrades which you may have ordered from us in the past unless you mention them.
  4. When you receive your order, if there are any compatibility issues discovered within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will arrange collection from you at our expense – from the original delivery address.  Providing that your returned items are in an eligible condition, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price without any deductions.
  5. In the event that the goods were delivered outside of the UK, we are not responsible for any refunds of customs charges or local taxes as these are beyond our control.
  6. Goods can only be collected by us from the original country of delivery – so if for instance you used your own freight forwarder then we would only be able to collect from the country where we delivered the goods.
  7. If the goods were supplied to you “ex-works” and you have arranged your own collection from us, you would be responsible for shipping the goods back to us.
  8. Any returned items must be clean, unused, undamaged, resaleable, complete and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  9. This guarantee does not include any failure to buy other necessary parts by the customer, for example if you did not buy brackets or other parts which would be required to mount or install a product.
  10. This guarantee is subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
  11. Your Statutory Rights are unaffected.
