AVM are a long-established and highly regarded Brazilian manufacturer of heavy duty 4WD products. Best known for their freewheeling hubs, they have also built durable alloy wheel spacers for more than 25 years.

Notes: Wheel spacers should always be tightened in a star-pattern to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended wheel nut torque settings.

“What is the difference between hub-centric and stud-centric spacers?”
AVM spacers are hub-centric, which means that the torsional force is supported by the wheel hubs. Stud-centric spacers place a lot of stress on the wheel bolts, so they are not recommended. Generally, cheaper or lower quality sets will be stud-centric.

“Are AVM spacers suitable for alloy wheels?”
Yes, in most cases they are suitable for use with both alloy and steel wheels.

“Are wheel spacers suitable for heavy off-road use?”
Although AVM spacers are high quality and durable, they are not recommended for heavy off-road use.
