The EGR Load Shield is an highly durable aluminium tonneau cover, securing your load area and also providing a work area on your 4×4 truck bed. Operated by a push button lock, the Load Shield opens to a wide angle on gas struts for easy load access. The Load Shield is fitted with a pull-down strap for easy closing.
Once the Load Shield has been installed, the main lid section can be easily removed and re-fitted to allow the truck to be used with an open bed. Initial installation is straightforward with only minor drilling required.

Yes, the cover is easy to install at home with basic tools. Follow the instructions carefully.
“Will this product fit extra cab or single cab models?”
No, this will fit dual cab models only unless specifically stated otherwise.
“Can I fit this product to a vehicle with an existing sports bar or roll bar?”
Any pre-existing sports bars, roll bars, ladder racks, bed racks or other accessories must be removed before fitting the cover. The EGR Load Shield covers the entire pickup load bed.
“Is the cover suitable for commercial users?”
Yes, we frequently supply EGR Load Shield covers for trade use. This is a durable product and is built to last.
“Is this product compatible with load bed liners?”
Below-the-rail bed liners are usually fine, but the cover is not compatible with over-the-rail bed liners. These would need to be trimmed or removed before installation.
“Do you ship internationally?”
