Notes: OMECA77B Caster Correction Kit will increase caster angle by 2 degrees. Should the front driveshaft contact the sway bar when the suspension is at full droop, use FK19 Spacer Kit to pack the sway bar down. For vehicles fitted with ABS brakes. FK65 fit kit is required for vehicles prior to August 2016 production only. To prevent springs from inverting it is mandatory that either OMEGS19 Greasable Shackle Kit or FK38 Anti Inversion Kit be installed. OME661 Lower Shock Mount Stone Guard Kit isrecommended fitment to rear shocks to protect against stone damage. Brake Proportioning Valve Kit is required for models built prior to August 2016. OMESTAB9 Sway Bar is highly recommended fitment when 700kg Constant Spring is used. Sway Bar can also be fitted to lighter rated springs to improve road handling. FK82 Rear Brake Line Drop Kit is required for models from 2014 to late 2016.

MT64 Monotube High Performance Kit

Old Man Emu have developed a high performance suspension solution for this vehicle model: MT64 Monotube. This upgrade is the outcome of a long development process aimed at delivering a high performance monotube damper for overland use and heavily laden vehicles. Unlike most standard shock absorbers, MT64 features a single heavy-duty tube design with a large 64mm diameter. The increased capacity allows the shock absorber to run cooler for longer, even in the most punishing conditions.

The MT64 front struts have a unique adjustable design, which allows for simple height adjustment of +/- 15mm in 5mm increments, so you can adjust your front-end ride height to suit the weight of accessories such as bumpers and winches – now or in the future. This premium upgrade is designed for the driver who demands a high performance and high durability suspension package, regardless of terrain.

Selecting the right kit for your vehicle weight and usage is very important. Most standard vehicles, without extra permanent weight, will benefit most from a medium-rate setup. Some kits are given a weight rating in kg, this applies to permanent front or rear accessory weight such as steel bumpers, winches, etc. Other kits are rated for "bull bar", "bar and winch" and so on; this refers to full-weight protection bumpers and bull bars.
