Long Wheelbase Models Only – OMECA77B Caster Correction Kit will increase caster angle by 2 degrees. Check manufacturer specifications to determine if OMECA77B is required. OME FK18 Rear Sway Bar Extension Bracket is mandatory fitment to models with fixed sway bar to prevent damage to sway bar when suspension is at full extension. OME FK24 Rear Sway Bar Extension Bracket is available for models with detachable sway bar. Year 2000 models may have early or late-type steering damper – early models have pin end fittings, later models have eye end fittings, check vehicle before ordering. It is recommended to reinforce rear coil spring towers when fitting constant 400kg rear springs.

OME FK25 Oil Pan Packer Kit is mandatory fitment when OMECA77B Caster Correction Kit or GQGK02 Gearbox Packer Kit are fitted, 2x FK25 kits will be required in some cases. OME FK18 Rear Sway Bar Extension Bracket is mandatory fitment to models with fixed sway bar to prevent damage to sway bar when suspension is at full extension. OME FK24 Rear Sway Bar Extension Bracket is available for models with detachable sway bar. Constant 400kg rear springs cannot be fitted to the SWB model. OME GQGK02 Gearbox Packer Kit is designed to space down the gearbox cross-member from the chassis to reduce tail shaft flange angle and reduce driveline vibration. BP-51 High Performance Ride Control
Old Man Emu have developed an ultimate suspension solution for this vehicle model: BP-51 High Performance Bypass Ride Control. This upgrade is the result of an exhaustive development process aimed at delivering the ultimate in both comfort and control. Unlike most other adjustable shock absorbers, which provide adjustment for compression only, the BP-51 range allows on vehicle, independent adjustability of both rebound and compression to offer class leading ride customisation that can be tailored to individual vehicle or trip requirements.
Selecting our OME kit with BP-51 dampers will give you everything you need for installation including complete fitting hardware. This premium upgrade is designed for the driver who demands the best possible suspension performance, regardless of terrain.
Selecting the right kit for your vehicle weight and usage is very important. Most standard vehicles, without extra permanent weight, will benefit most from a medium-rate setup. Some kits are given a weight rating in kg, this applies to permanent front or rear accessory weight such as steel bumpers, winches, etc. Other kits are rated for "bull bar", "bar and winch" and so on; this refers to full-weight protection bumpers and bull bars.

“Why should I buy a premium suspension kit?”
Old Man Emu kits are developed as a complete system and undergo extensive testing, both on and off road. This leads to a safe, comfortable and durable suspension. Very few brands actually do this; many lesser brands will just buy in parts which were never intended to work together. This can lead to poor ride quality, unpredictable handling or even safety issues. OME suspension is not cheap, but it works really well.
“Will I need to replace other parts?”
No, additional parts are not normally needed unless specifically stated otherwise. Most OME kits are designed to work with standard brake lines and other standard components.
