This Saber kinetic recovery kit includes the industry-leading 9m Kinetic Recovery Rope rated at 8,200kg and two high capacity, Technora bound SaberPro HDX 10,000kg soft shackles. The Saber Offroad Kinetic Recovery Rope is one of the most effective recovery tools you can carry in your vehicle. Compared to tow rope chains or even a traditional snatch strap, the benefits of using a kinetic recovery rope are significant. The key feature that makes this kinetic recovery rope so effective is its ability to stretch; when put under load, it will stretch up to 30 percent, which is industry-leading and significantly more stretch than many leading brands can achieve. This added stretch significantly relieves the sudden shock felt during vehicle recovery, reducing the stress on the vehicle its occupants.

With kinetic recovery ropes, some slack can be left before the recovering vehicle starts to move. This allows the rope to gain more momentum and therefore gaining a much higher pulling force, helping especially in very loose terrain, such as deep sand, snow or mud. Since the kinetic recovery rope is excellent at absorbing shocks, it will simply stretch under tension and then transfer all the energy gained from the recovering vehicle to the vehicle being rescued.
